Read MoreTwo Love Birds
This shot was really fun to capture. I saw these two ducks from a far and wanted to get as close as possible with my Canon 100-400 ism U ii. I snuck through the snow and ice, and as I was calmly hiking up to the birds; then they looked at me. Just looked. I centered myself trying to send out a feeling of safety to the birds. I don't know why but Ive always believed animals can feel my intentions, so I sent thoughts and feelings of love and safety so they are less likely fly or run away. Well those intentions worked. I got so close to these two birds, and they were ok with me being there. I could feel this respect between us.
A really cool feeling.Faith of Mustard Seed
Going to view these mountains is humbling. Looking at how big they are compared to how small I am. These mountains are big, and powerful, but Ive learn with the faith of mustard seed I can grasp the power to move any mountain size blockage in my life keeping me from happiness, and feeling the results of the action of love.
Thank you, God, for these moments; All of themFollow the River
This picture makes me think of how the flow of life works. The train tracks, and the road are following the path of the river. If I can learn to build and walk down the road thats along the way of the river I will have a flowing path with only a few tree to clear out of the way. Instead of the being lost in the woods...
Tribale Hawk
This guy was so high up in the air, so I cropped down the photo and found that the image wasn't in that good of shape. A lot of grain and color loss. But for some reason I still saw something really cool in this picture. I rotated the photo vertical as you see it now. A lot times as a technical photographer if I see grain in a photo to this extent I toss it, but I learned that as a creator I can use the grain to build a cool picture as this one! Sweet!
